Our property
Love for the region and for the well-being of the people: these are the inspiring elements at the base of the "Borgo San Marco" Bed & Breakfast project, located halfway between the Colli Orientali hills and Palmanova, just outside the typically Friulian hamlet of Claiuano, awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The project started with the renovation of an old rural house dating back to 1902; in the same area, just behind the house, lies a swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery and not far from a stream: the perfect place for a structure conceived and designed to accommodate both tourists and locals who want to enjoy some relaxation, beautiful dishes and a safe haven, away from stress.
Our structure is located in the municipality of Trivignano Udinese, in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Clauiano. This characteristic perfectly suits the type of structure that we have created, as a place for visitors to unwind and relax. Thanks to the acquisition of an adjacent area of about 10,000 square meters, it was possible to develop an additional parking lot, thus tripling the accommodation capacity. This area is open to all visitors of the village, especially tourists and travellers interested in the Church of San Marco, only a few steps away from the B&B. Our vision aimed to create a place of aggregation, wellness and fun.
